The overview

A two-week trial by design.

Cohort 5 isn't a course you sit through — it's a two-week trial by design. You'll learn typography, colour psychology, branding, Canva, CapCut and AI video tools like Google Flow, and put every single one of them to work on real deliverables: a brand book, a wedding invitation suite, an AI-generated campaign, a brochure, an Instagram grid, a final portfolio piece.

No Photoshop. No Premiere. No expensive software to install. Just tools you can keep using for free, for life.

And on the very last day — it all comes down to one thing: Judgement Day, a live competition where your final project gets put in front of judges, live.

One more thing — Cohort 5 has a secret running through it. You'll find out what on Day 1.

What you'll learn

Tools, taste and the confidence to ship.

Design foundations

Typography and colour psychology, from first principles to real client work.

Branding

Logos, brand kits, visual systems — you'll leave with a full Brand Book.

Canva & CapCut

Fast, free tools for social design and reels, taught end to end.

AI video with Google Flow

Talking-head videos, brand product ads, UGC-style content, and AI-generated campaigns.

Wedding & event invitations

A real, sellable skill: a full 7-event invitation suite, plus motion versions.

Real client-style projects

Live briefs, sudden-deadline challenges, and honest feedback — not mock exercises.

The business side

Freelancing tips, how to price your work, resume and portfolio building.

A space to talk

A dedicated session on the mental and emotional side of creative work, no fixing, just honesty.

The two-week batch

Day by day.

Fonts, pairing, hierarchy and spacing — the rules that make type look expensive.

Colour psychology

How colour drives mood, trust and action — palettes that sell on purpose.

A breather — catch up, rest, or get ahead on your deliverables.

Day 08

CapCut for reels

Hooks, beat cuts, captions, transitions and vertical framing that stops the scroll.

Day 09

Google Flow AI

Talking-head videos, brand product ads, UGC-style content and AI-generated campaigns.

Day 10

Wedding & event invitations

A real, sellable skill — a full 7-event invitation suite, plus motion versions.

Live briefs, sudden-deadline challenges and honest feedback — not mock exercises.

Day 12

The business side

Freelancing tips, how to price your work, resume and portfolio building.

Day 13

A space to talk

The mental and emotional side of creative work — no fixing, just honesty.

Day 14

Judgement Day

Present your strongest piece to a live panel — real judging, real feedback, on the spot.

Two weeks, real deliverables

By the end, you'll have actually made.

This isn't a "certificate of attendance" program. Everything you make is something you could actually show a client tomorrow.

A 4-page menu

A brochure / catalogue

A full Brand Book

A 7-event wedding invitation suite (static + motion)

A 9-post Instagram grid

Multiple AI-generated videos (talking-head, product, UGC, mini campaign)

Reels using text, masking, and background removal

A finished portfolio piece — presented live on Judgement Day

The finale

Judgement Day.

Two weeks of work, one final trial. On the last day, you'll present your strongest piece to a live panel — real judging, real feedback, on the spot. It's the moment Cohort 5 has been building toward from day one.
